Wuhan, China — OEM Tennis Apparel Supplier

Tennis Clothing Manufacturing — Designed to Move, Built to Win

LeelineWear is a reliable custom tennis clothing manufacturer offering high-quality, performance-driven apparel for tennis brands and sportswear labels. With flexible MOQs, fast turnaround times, and full customization options, we help bring your designs to life with precision and style.

The Reality

Great Design. Wrong Factory. Your Custom Tennis Clothing Deserves Better.

Late deliveries miss tournament season.

Your club's season opener is April 1st. Samples arrive March 20th. Production won't finish until April 15th. We deliver on time with a documented production calendar — because we own the factory and control the schedule.

Color mismatch destroys brand trust.

The shirt is off-white but the skirt is cream. The logo is navy on the jacket but black on the cap. We maintain fabric-specific color profiles and deliver physical color chips for your sign-off before production.

Factory minimums kill boutique brands.

Most factories demand 500+ units per style. You need 100. Our micro-run production lines give you the same quality at a realistic entry point — test the market without overcommitting on inventory.

The Fabric Advantage

Winning Performance On and Off the Court

Premium performance fabrics proven on professional courts worldwide — from custom moisture-wicking tennis skirts to UV-protective tournament dresses. Each fabric selected for how it performs during match play, not just how it looks on a swatch card.

120–160 GSM Shirts & Dresses

Performance Polyester

Engineered for the court. Lightweight woven blend with sharp structure that holds its shape through every set. Bright sublimation printing looks crisp and professional. The top choice for tennis shirts and warm-up jackets.

130–170 GSM Panels & Back Yokes

Aero-Vent Mesh & Pique

Micro-perforated textured knit that maximizes air circulation. Strategic placement in side panels or back yokes keeps core temperature regulated during high-intensity rallies. Moisture-wicking, anti-microbial, breathable.

140–180 GSM Outdoor Match Wear

UV Protective Fabric

Tennis is an outdoor sport and sun safety is non-negotiable. These fabrics block harmful UV rays while maintaining breathability. Players get crucial protection during long matches under direct sun without sacrificing comfort.

180–220 GSM Skirts & Dresses

Interlock Spandex

Buttery-soft "second-skin" feel with high-performance interlock construction. Provides excellent recovery and compression — perfect for supportive waistbands, leggings, and fitted tennis dresses that move with every shot.

China Custom Manufacturing

How Custom Tennis Apparel Manufacturing Works in China

"Custom" means different things to different factories. Understanding the tiers of China's tennis apparel manufacturing ecosystem helps you choose the right partner — and avoid paying for capabilities you don't need, or worse, expecting capabilities your factory doesn't have.

Tier 1

Cut-Make-Trim (CMT)

You supply everything — fabric, trims, labels, packaging, and a completed tech pack. The factory only cuts, sews, and finishes.

Your responsibility: fabric sourcing, trim purchasing, quality control, logistics coordination

Best for: established brands with existing supply chains who only need production capacity

Typical factory: small workshops, limited English, no design support

Tier 2

Where We Operate

Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM)

You bring the design and brand. The factory handles fabric sourcing, trims, sampling, production, QC, and packaging — all to your specifications.

Your responsibility: design direction, brand identity, final approval on samples and materials

Best for: startup tennis brands, boutique labels, tournament organizers, teams — anyone who wants custom gear without building a supply chain

Typical factory: English-speaking, design support, 500+ fabric library, branding/packaging capabilities

Tier 3

Original Design Manufacturing (ODM)

The factory designs original collections, you select styles and apply your branding. Fastest route to market but least exclusivity.

Your responsibility: select from existing designs, apply brand identity, define distribution strategy

Best for: retailers who need off-the-shelf tennis collections fast, brands testing a new category with minimal risk

Risk: same designs may appear under other brands. No design exclusivity.

What Most First-Time Buyers Get Wrong

  • 01 Quoting one factory at a time. Chinese sportswear factories specialize. A factory that's brilliant at sublimated tennis shirts may be mediocre at knitted skirts. Send your full collection brief to 3-5 factories; compare not just price but how each one responds to each garment type in your brief.
  • 02 Focusing only on unit price. A $7.50 shirt that arrives late, with incorrect branding, and requires two rounds of rework costs more than a $9.50 shirt delivered right the first time. Evaluate: lead time reliability, communication responsiveness, sample quality, and QC thoroughness — not just the quote.
  • 03 Skipping the factory audit. A polished website and a responsive salesperson are not the same as a well-run production floor. Always request a video walkthrough or independent audit before committing to production quantities.
  • 04 Assuming all "custom" means the same thing. Clarify which tier you're buying at before signing. If you expect OEM-level fabric sourcing and design support but the factory operates at CMT, you'll spend months coordinating suppliers you didn't plan to manage.

Factory or Trading Company? How to Tell

Many "manufacturers" on Alibaba and trade platforms are trading companies — intermediaries who take your order, mark it up 20-40%, and subcontract to a factory they don't own. Here's how to spot the difference before you send a deposit.

Ask for a live video call from the production floor — not a pre-recorded tour. Walk the line in real time.

Request the business license — Chinese licenses classify companies as "manufacturing" or "trading" by legal designation.

Ask who owns the patterns and molds. Trading companies typically don't — the subcontracting factory does.

Check if they'll let you visit unannounced. A factory that owns its production floor has nothing to hide.

Verify their BSCI or SEDEX audit report — trading companies rarely hold social compliance certifications in their own name.

LeelineWear is a direct factory — not a trading company. Our business license is registered under the manufacturing classification. You're welcome to visit our Wuhan production floor anytime, announced or not.
