We stock 12 pad profiles from Elastic Interface, TMF, and CyTech. The decision comes down to ride duration and discipline. Multi-density foam with gel inserts for endurance (6+ hours of comfort). High-density perforated foam for race day (minimal bulk, maximum feel). Ultra-thin fleece-laminated for triathlon (quick-dry, doesn't absorb water). Women-specific pads with wider sit-bone spacing. Our pattern blocks are drafted from a 45-degree forward-tilt mannequin. This produces: a dropped front hem so the jersey doesn't bunch at your hips when you're in the drops; a raised back panel so your lower spine stays covered; forward-rotated armholes so the shoulder seam doesn't pull back against your reach; and bib straps cut to function when you're bent forward — not when you're standing upright in a fitting room. Every brand we work with gets their fit block validated on live riders before production. If it's marketing talk, someone forgot to tell our pattern room.

Sublimated polyester panels, dyed Lycra bibs, and knit sock yarns absorb color completely differently. Standard Pantone matching doesn't account for this, so we built a fabric-specific conversion library calibrated to each of our dye and sublimation processes. You receive physical color chips across every fabric in your collection before production. We archive your approved profiles and match to them on every reorder — even years later. Cross-fabric color consistency is measured at Delta E ≤ 2.0 across your collection.

100 units minimum per order. That's a realistic entry point for a new brand or team — one style, mixed sizes, 100 pieces total. If you need to go smaller for a prototype run or limited drop, talk to us — we can sometimes accommodate 50-unit runs on existing patterns with a small-batch surcharge. What we don't do is give you a low MOQ and then sneak the price up. Your 100-piece order runs on the same line, with the same QC, using the same materials as a 5,000-piece order.

This is a core service, not an add-on. We process 200+ individual rider personalizations in a single production run — each with different name, number, flag, and size configurations — packed and labeled per rider for distribution. Sponsors logos are placed via heat transfer, sublimation, or embroidery depending on location and fabric type. Reflective heat-transfer options for rear logos (the most visible position to following traffic). You send the roster spreadsheet and the artwork pack. We handle the logistics.

24 hours for initial digital mockup. 10–14 days for physical samples (including chamois integration). 1–3 days for your fit review and feedback. 15–20 days for production after sample sign-off. Shipping: 5–7 days by air, 4–5 weeks by ocean. If you have an event deadline, rush production (10–12 days) is available for a 20% surcharge. DDP shipping available to US, EU, UK, AU, and CA — we handle customs, duties, and last-mile. You track the shipment.

Women-specific blocks, developed from scratch — not graded-down unisex patterns. The pelvic geometry is different. The shoulder-to-hip ratio is different. The bib strap tension requirements are different. We adjust: narrower shoulder width, shorter torso length, higher-density bib strap elastic, hip gussets for shape accommodation, and a dedicated women's chamois range with wider sit-bone spacing and shorter overall length. This is all built into the first pattern draft — not retrofitted onto an existing block.
