Custom Cycling Apparel, Engineered in the Riding Position

How We Compare
Most Factories Cut for a Mannequin. We Cut for the Drops.
Forward Torso Tilt Changes Everything.
A cyclist's upper body is rotated 45 degrees forward. A standard jersey bunches at the shoulders and exposes your lower back. Our patterns drop the front hem, raise the back panel, and rotate the armholes — geometry that starts from the riding position.
You Generate Your Own Headwind.
A runner moves at 10km/h. A cyclist descends at 60+. Fabric must block wind on the front while dumping heat through the back — a paradox generic textiles can't solve. Our fabrics are paired to the airflow of a body in the riding position.
You Sit on It. For Six Hours.
No other sportswear asks a garment to be structural, compressive, and comfortable under body weight all day. The chamois is an engineered component, not an insert. Get it wrong and riders know by kilometer 80. We control the bonding process in-house.

The Materials Library
Four Fabrics.
Each Engineered for a Specific Problem the Road Throws at You.
Pro-Weight Lycra Sport
190–240 GSM Bib shorts & race jerseysHigh-modulus elastane core with matte, semi-gloss, or dimpled surface. Exceptional shape retention after hundreds of hours of wear and wash. The compressive foundation of every premium bib short. 4-way stretch with zero sag after kilometer 150.
The Heart of the Bib Short
Chamois Integration on Our Floor, Under Our QC.
Most custom cycling manufacturers outsource chamois bonding. We bond every pad in-house using thermoformed adhesive lamination — same technicians, same QC gates, same accountability.

The Fit System
Three Fit Profiles. Zero Generic Sizing.
Same body measurements, three completely different garments. The difference is in the panel tension, seam placement, and fabric selection — not the size chart.
Club Fit
Relaxed. Generous. Forgiving.
- 2cm added circumference across chest and bicep compared to Performance
- Straighter side-panel seams — less aggressive body contouring
- Ideal for club rides, gran fondos, weekend warriors who want performance without compression
Performance Fit
Athletic. Close-to-body. The standard.
- Body-mapped panel tension — snug without restricting breath or pedal stroke
- Curved side panels that follow the torso in the riding position
- Most popular choice — competitive riders, fast group rides, everyday training
Aero Race Fit
Second-skin. Compressive. Wind-tunnel validated.
- 2cm reduced circumference vs Performance — fabric lies completely flat at race speed
- Aero trip fabric on sleeves. Bonded hems. Integrated number pockets on skinsuits.
- For racers, time trialists, and anyone who measures their position in millimeters

The Print That Lives Inside the Fabric
A Custom Cycling Manufacturer's Sublimation Process — Ink Fused Into the Fiber, Not Printed on Top
Ink bonds into polyester yarn at the molecular level — the graphic becomes part of the fiber. No cracking, no peeling, no fading. Your neon pink stays neon pink past 200+ washes. Italian transfer paper, Japanese inks, calibrated to Delta E ≤ 1.5 color accuracy.
Decoration Methods
Beyond sublimation, we offer a full suite of decoration techniques — each applied where it performs best and never where it compromises the garment.
Full-Dye Sublimation
Unlimited colors, all-over graphics, zero hand-feel. Our primary method for cycling jerseys, skinsuits, and team kits.
Heat Transfer
Names, numbers, sponsor logos. Reflective options for low-light safety.
Embroidery
Chest crests, cap branding, small-format logos. Dense stitch on stable panels — never on stretch zones.
Knit-In Graphics
Patterns and logos knit directly into sock and accessory yarn. Zero durability concern.
Rider-Funded. Factory-Built.
What Our Customers Say
Diego Ramirez
Team Captain, Terminal Velocity Racing — Austin TX
We're a crit racing team. We needed kit that could survive a crash at 50km/h, look podium-worthy, and cost less than the carbon wheels we were racing on. LeelineWear delivered jerseys that actually stay flat in the drops — no bunching, no creeping. Seven spot colors in our custom sublimation, every one hit perfectly on the first sample. We've reordered four times and batch-to-batch color matching has been flawless.
4 reorders. Zero color drift.
Priya Nair
Founder, Velosette Cycling — Portland OR
I started a women's cycling brand because I was tired of kit that was just a smaller version of men's patterns. LeelineWear's pattern team built us a women-specific block from scratch — narrower shoulders, adjusted bib geometry, completely different chamois positioning. Our launch sold out to a waitlist of 83 riders. The feedback on fit has been the single biggest driver of repeat purchases.
150-unit launch. 83-person waitlist.
